Technical requirements:
1. All PVC parts must be bonded with special glue. The glue-filled area should be more than 85% of the bonding area, and there should be no continuous or penetrating bubbles.
2. After the components are welded, a leak test is required:
(1) Fill with water and let it stand for 5 days without any water leakage.
(2) Maintain a pressure of 3 kPa for 10 minutes. Then apply leak detection fluid to each weld seam and ensure no bubbles are produced.
(3) Helium leak test with a leakage rate of less than 1.0E-10 Pa·L/s.
3. The weld seams should be smooth, with no obvious unevenness when touched by hand. The weld seams must be continuous and completed in one pass with a single welding rod.
